I must have worked with Impericon for over a decade now. The thing that’s always struck me about the company is how smart they’ve always been. They created a brand with their site more than just a store. In doing so they created a community, and thus a loyalty, across customers and clients alike. This isn’t an easy thing to do and it takes dedication and focus. It takes getting the boring, hard work done behind the scenes but also being visible, personable and engaging at events, something they have done fantastically well.
